Heavy Cream 150 ml
Whole Milk 150 ml
Sea Salt Foam Powder 70 g
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Syrup 5 ml (1 tsp)
• Preparation Method
  1. Add heavy cream and whole milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sea salt foam powder and vanilla syrup.
  3. Sprinkle in pink salt for a light salted balance.
  4. Using a mixer, whip on medium speed until the cream becomes thick and foamy with a firm texture.
  5. Stop mixing once the foam reaches firm but pourable consistency suitable for topping drinks.
