• Ingredients
| Mochi Boba | 1000 g |
| Water | 8 L |
| Brown Sugar for Cooking | 100 g |
| Brown Sugar for Soaking | 300 g |
• Preparation Method
- Bring water to a full boil
- Add boba and stir immediately to prevent sticking
- Wait until the water returns to a full boil
- Cook on medium-high heat for 13 minutes, stir occasionally
- Add 100 g brown sugar and cook for another 2 minutes
- Turn off heat
- Cover the pot with a lid
- Let boba rest for 15 minutes
- Strain and rinse with room temperature water
- Mix with 300 g brown sugar before serving
