Whipping Cream 150 ml
Whole Milk 150 ml
Egg Powder 100 g
Egg Yolk 2 pcs
Condensed Milk 1 oz
Vanilla Syrup (Optional) 5 ml
• Preparation Method
  1. Add egg powder, egg yolks and condensed milk into a mixing bowl
  2. Add whipping cream and whole milk
  3. Add vanilla syrup
  4. Whisk at medium high speed until smooth and creamy
  5. Keep chilled before serving
