• Preparation Method
- Add 100 g beancurd dessert powder and 550 ml cold water into a mixing bowl
- Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved
- Place the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil while stirring
- Once boiling, continue cooking for 60 seconds, stirring constantly
- Turn off heat and pour the mixture into a container or tray
- Skim off any foam on the surface
- Allow to cool to room temperature
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set before serving
